 UPtraining TEAM CONDITIONING

Strength and endurance will elevate an athlete’s performance and help protect them from injury. UPtraining will be developing sport conditioning programs for youth of all ages and all stages of athletic development. We recognize that the athletes’ needs change dependent on where they are within the sport season. Together we will work to develop appropriate programs that can cover muscle building (off season), muscular endurance (in season) and overall conditioning, agility and explosiveness (all seasons).

We have experience with designing Conditioning Programs at minor, AAA, high school and university levels. We can design programs based on individual athlete and/or team needs. Team and individual pricing are available.
