UPtraining SUMMER CONDITIONING PROGRAM

UPtraining has put together a 5 week off-ice training program that is the perfect combination of strength building, aerobic training and building speed and explosiveness for the new hockey season. The program is offered on-line and UPtrainers can complete the program at home with a few simple pieces of equipment. There will be daily and weekly workout plans, instructional videos and regular support from your UPtraining coach through a dedicated facebook group.

UPtraining HOCKEY CAMP U18 female
September 27th - October 4th, 2020

UPtraining has added a new camp to our Hockey School. This camp, U18 female, will be coached by Pierre Arsenault and MTA head coach Lucrèce Nussbaum. Focus will be skill development and conditioning in preparation for the upcoming season. Pre-registration is required (coach@uptraining.ca).
